Landmark Concrete has been a Washington, DC, tri-state area flatwork finishing company for the last 15 years.  We have many local projects on our resume including the Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum at Dulles International Airport and the expansion of Concourse B, also at Dulles International.

Having started back in 1994 as Loral Concrete, we have partnered with many local and national contractors to provide the excellent service that is expected.  In 2006, the Vice President of Loral, Ed Joseph and lead Foreman, William Palacios acquired the company and for a fresh start, changed the name to Landmark Concrete.

Since our beginning, we have specialized in the placing and finishing of concrete floors.  Achieving flat, level floors is our goal every time we arrive at a job site.  Our ‘F’ numbers bear this out in that we’ve attained the highest, most consistent numbers that are required by specifications.

Landmark Concrete has always been on the forefront of technology.  The patented ‘Screed Rails’ were first produced in our shop in Chantilly, Va. and are now being sold world-wide by the Allen Face Company.
